Fanvil RMA Procedure

There are times when equipment in the field needs to be returned to Fanvil for various reasons such as:

  • Faulty Equipment returning for warranty Repair / Evaluation
  • Faulty Equipment returning for Repair / Evaluation
  • Equipment being returned for Credit

For equipment that is being returned/sent to Fanvil, an RMA Document form MUST be “Generated” by Fanvil or the Distributor the product was purchased from for the particular product you wish to return.
